PENINGKATAN DESA WISATA DAN EKONOMI KREATIF MELALUI JARINGAN ORGANISASI ADMINISTRATIF DI KABUPATEN KOLAKA

Penelitian ini menguraikan upaya pengembangan Desa Wisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif di Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Network Administrative Organization. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus studi kasus di desa wisata Kabupaten Kolaka. Analisis silang data akan menggabungkan wawancara dan observasi untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara peran Organisasi Administrasi Jaringan, partisipasi masyarakat, dan hasil pembangunan desa wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organisasi Administrasi Jaringan memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi penggerak utama dalam mengembangkan desa wisata dan ekonomi kreatif yang kompetitif dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Kolaka dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor seperti kepercayaan, tujuan jaringan consensus dan jumlah peserta yang mendukung desa wisata. Kepercayaan yang tinggi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sipil mendukung keterlibatan aktif dan komunikasi terbuka. Keragaman peserta dari berbagai sektor, seperti pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sipil, membawa beragam perspektif dan sumber daya yang kaya. Konsensus tujuan yang kuat memandu upaya kolaboratif dan memotivasi inovasi.
